Questions people ask
How much room does the truck need?
A flat spot about 30 feet long and 12 feet wide, with space for a line in front of the window. Grass, gravel and pavement are all fine.
Do you need power or water?
No. We bring our own quiet generator and fresh water tanks, so we can park anywhere the truck fits.
How far ahead should we book?
Spring and summer Saturdays fill two to three months out. Weekdays are often open a couple of weeks ahead.
Can guests buy their own drinks?
Yes. For public events and big offices we can come as a pay-as-you-go stop, with no fee to the host when 100 or more people are expected.
Do you have dairy-free drinks?
Every fruit smoothie is dairy-free, and any milk tea can be made with oat or coconut milk.
How do we hold the date?
A $200 deposit holds your date, and it comes off the final bill.
